I’m a Somatic Spiritual Coach. I help women and marginalized folx heal & recover their nervous systems from the effects of anxiety, overwhelm, trauma and PTSD.

I began my coaching and mentoring journey 15 years ago, counseling unhoused and formerly incarcerated individuals.

As a result of working with me, clients learn to recalibrate their nervous systems, heal and release trauma, allowing them to relearn what safety and calm feel like in their bodies."
